STORY:

Velvet is always getting into trouble because he simply cannot manage to keep clean when wearing his fancy clothes. His parents are a very proper sort, but he loves to chase the the birds and bugs and lizards behind their house, always managing to find whatever dirty muddy spot there is to splash down into and have a laugh. He is beaming from ear to ear when he returns home despite his parents' great disappointment!
