Note from the artist on this work:

After a mysterious shower of shooting stars scattered across the world, a group of adventurers set out to find the fallen stars, wherever they might have landed.

Their search takes them far and wide—even among the branches of blossoming trees. Each star they discover is carefully gathered and treasured, for they believe these little lights carry good fortune, happiness and the power to protect those who keep them close.
