A note from the artist:

I have to admit that I'm more of a nature guy, and the rough-edged glimmer of Night City isn't exactly my comfort aesthetic. This anime felt like a warning against the brutality of corporatism run amok, and how it reduces human life to one more commodity on a long ledger of capital assets. And yet, amidst the struggle of daily life, David and Lucy held on to hope and love. This print is a reminder that even though life can feel heavy and oppressive at times, we can keep finding ways to rise above it.
