Note from the artist on this work:

As two Dragon Seekers ponder how to cross a rushing river, a rare white Rain Dragon emerges behind the snowy mountains. Dark clouds gather: legend says the appearance of a white dragon brings a storm. They may soon need shelter, but the joy of this encounter already makes their difficult journey worthwhile.
