'Collins St, 5pm' is Shag's interpretation of Australian painter John Brack's famous 'Collins 5pm' painting from 1955. Shag originally painted this for his exhibition On The Shoulders of Giants at Outré, where he interpreted some of his favourite paintings from art history.
