ONLINE ORDERS & SHIPPING CUT-OFF DATE
We know this is a very busy period for everyone, so we want to do our best to help you get your Christmas orders in on time! We have been working tirelessly to ensure that we will have artwork ready for Christmas!
Artwork availability and turnaround times:
We recommend you give yourself ample time for your order. If an artwork is in stock, it will be dispatched within the week. However, if it requires framing it may take two weeks before delivery.
Australian customers please order by Wednesday 10 December to ensure the best chance for a pre-Christmas delivery.
We will still be packing and shipping orders every day up until December 19, but these orders may not arrive until after Christmas. If you’d like to secure something now with a deposit, and have it shipped or collected closer to Christmas, just give us a call on (03) 9642 5455 or send us an email, and we can help you out!
We strongly advise Melbourne customers to select Click & Collect from either of our galleries instead of having their order shipped. This will save you a lot of time and will ensure you get your artwork as quickly as possible! Read more about Click & Collect HERE.
To our international friends – thank you for your custom! It is best to order ASAP so we can ship in time. We can express ship items for an additional charge via DHL, so get in touch for a quote!
We can also lay-by items for Christmas pickup! Call (03) 9642 5455 to pay a deposit to secure your order.
GIFT CARDS
For convenience, our electronic vouchers can be purchased online. The online voucher will be emailed to you. You can then print it out and physically give it to your recipient, or simply forward the email to them. These can be used in our galleries as well as our online store.
Let us know if you'd like a physical voucher to give to your recipient!
Our vouchers are valid for three years and can be used towards anything in the gallery, including art, books, objects and even custom framing!
CUSTOM FRAMING
Personal custom framing has now closed for the festive period. You are still welcome to bring in your framing for a quote but the next custom framing delivery will not arrive at our galleries until January 2026, as our framing workshop will be closed over the Christmas break.
