ONLINE ORDERS & SHIPPING CUT-OFF
We know this is a very busy period for everyone, so we want to do our best to help you get your Christmas orders in on time!
You're welcome to drop off custom framing orders, however they won't be completed until mid-to-late January 2021.
Australian Customers – We still want to help you get your Christmas presents in time! Your best chance is to come instore to purchase. Both galleries are open 7 days a week, with extended trading hours commencing on 16 December. (See below!)
If you are planning on placing an order online and picking it up from either our Melbourne or Fitzroy galleries, we recommend that you give us a quick call first to make sure we have the artwork in stock.
For those outside of Melbourne, we're still busily processing online orders and working as quickly as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your item will arrive by Christmas as Australia Post has advised the postal deadline is 12 December 2020.
To our international friends – thank you for your custom! It is best to order ASAP so we can ship in time. We are working on sending items for an additional charge via DHL, so get in touch for a quote!
We can also lay-by items for Christmas pickup! Call (03) 9642 5455 to pay a deposit to secure your order.

GIFT CARDS
For convenience, our electronic vouchers can be purchased online. The online voucher will be emailed to you. You can then print it out and physically give it to your recipient, or simply forward the email to them. These can be used in our galleries as well as our online store.
Let us know if you'd like a physical voucher to give to your recipient!
Our vouchers do not have an expiry date (yes, they last forever!) and can be used towards anything in the gallery, including art, books, objects and even custom framing!
