Artist statement:

In these two works, I explore the concept of “Return to beauty” through figures that evoke corals—organisms that grow silently, in harmony with their environment. These characters emerge as a metaphor for what is essential: in a turbulent and fast-paced world, true beauty does not lie in the artificial or the immediate, but in nature and in the small gestures that often go unnoticed.

Corals, with their organic forms and their way of inhabiting time, allow me to reflect on the importance of reconnecting with the natural world, of embracing slower rhythms, and of understanding that being part of our surroundings is, in itself, an act of beauty. In this way, these works invite us to pause, to observe, and above all, to become more like nature once again.
