‘Inside, Outside USA' will be available for purchase from 3am Australian Eastern Time Monday 13th July at the special early bird price of $695 unframed, $1095 large retro frame, $1795 deluxe frame (with coloured liner). The price will increase on 5pm AET Tuesday 14th July.
