Mid Century Modern Stylings – an exhibition of artworks, architectural renderings and objects

Following Martin McIntosh’s recent visit to Palm Springs Modernism Week in California, he has curated a special exhibition that mixes art, design and architecture – like only he could.

A focus will be a small, sharp collection of original architectural mid-century renderings – recently acquired from Southern California, and limited edition prints of Modernist Palm Springs residences – signed and numbered by original architects. Plus a smattering of mid-century images by Australian photographers Wolfgang Sievers and Angus O’Callaghan (appearing courtesy of Ben Albrecht Fine Art). Plus a few rare Shag offerings!

We are also introducing a great range of official Eames products (including the famous stackable House of Cards).

This is a Melbourne Showcase, opening Friday 12 April 2013, and continuing for a couple of weeks.
